WKF „Persons with handicapped" on the way to the paralympic games! Ernes Erko Kalac, Chairman for Persons with handicapped" and DKV delegates for persons with handicaps, have made an enormous effort within the last months to be affiliated to the Paralympics. Numerous conversations with IPC veterans and the World Karate Foundation led to a wide open door for the affiliation of the paralympic games in2016. However, it is a precondition, that two World Championships are held within this group of people. During the European Championships in Zagreb, Ernes Erko Kalac presented to the EFK Conference a timetable introducing the World Championships.Personenkreis.

Such should be seen as "open World Championships" in the category of blind and wheelchair karatekas and shall be included into the 2010 World Championships in Belgrad. The present congress members were enthusiastic about the work and plans performed by Erko Ernes Kalac and decided to conclude the subject at the congress to be held at the junior World Championships in Rabatt / Marocco. Until then the local representatives will receive a complete revised rulebook for this group of people.
All these points are conditions to be met, besides a perfect presentation at the IPC Congress in Copenhagen on 3rd October, to be affiliated to the paralympic family.
